Our 7 step approach and commitment to our clients:
As you may know, contingency searches are typically for low to mid-level positions and retained searches are more prevalent in senior level searches.
Our business is built on executive level supply chain searches. We like to give our clients flexibility so we offer retained searches and partial contingency searches.
For our retained clients, we offer flat percentage pricing which is based upon the mid-point salary range for that position. If the salary offered is above the average, we do not ask for anything more. You can be assured that we are working for you and not merely presenting higher salaried candidates in order to get paid a larger amount!
For our partial contingency clients, the fee is based upon a percentage of the first year's salary with a modest retainer to get started (typically 10%). We think of our clients as partners and this type of agreement shows a commitment to the search from your end and ours. Our commitment is to work for you until you are completely satisfied.

- Based on your position requirements and cultural fit assessment, we source qualified candidates through our extensive supply chain network
- We commit to presenting 3-5 qualified candidates from which you can choose within three weeks of receiving your assignment
- We provide a detailed assessment summary for each candidate outlining your position requirements and how the candidates' qualifications stack up in each category
- We manage the coordination of the interview process with each candidate. We also stay in constant contact with the candidate to ensure a commitment and excitement level about your position and your company
- As requested, we conduct reference checks and coordinate background checks
